Standard Delivery
Standard shipping cost of £5.99, or FREE when you spend £70!
Estimated shipping time 2-4 working days once dispatched by us.
Next Day Delivery
Next day delivery cost is £7.99. Sent with Royal Mail Special Delivery before 4pm. Delivery is next working day (if placed on a working day before 1pm), if placed after 1pm or on the weekend it will be shipped the next working day for delivery the working day after that.

Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver worldwide! However, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries: India, Mongolia, Brunei, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, FYROM, Nigeria, Pakistan, South Africa, Ukraine, Romania, Qatar, Kuwait, Korea and Zimbabwe. Please note if you are shipping to the UAE we can only to deliver to PO boxes, not street addressees, so please enter your PO box number as the first line of your address at our checkout for it to be delivered successfully. For all International orders, please ensure you write your full address in English at our checkout otherwise Royal Mail may refuse your delivery.
How is my Standard UK delivery sent? Do I need to sign for my order?
Our UK standard delivered parcels are sent using standard Royal Mail service. If no-one is present at your address, then a card will be left for you to re-arrange your delivery or collect your parcel from your local Post Office depot.
Bonito & Grace is unable to accept responsibility for late or undelivered parcels due to Royal Mail, however in the unlikely event that this occurs please contact our Customer Service team and we will try our best to resolve any problems.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties, additional tariffs and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK.
